摘要:
为了解南宁市洪涝灾害风险的严重程度及其分布情况,首先介绍了致灾因子指标、孕灾环境指标和承灾体指标在ArcGIS10.0下的获取方法,然后采用层次分析法(AHP)软件YAAHP对不同指标的权重进行了计算,最后采用洪灾风险评价模型,对南宁市城区2005-2012各年进行了洪涝灾危险性、易损性及综合风险评价。从危险性及综合风险评价结果可以看出,南宁城区的高危险区主要集中于郁江沿岸两侧及与内河交界处,这与南宁城区防洪图基本吻合。
Abstract:
In order to understand the degree of flood risk in Nanning City and its distribution situation, this paper, firstly, introduces the methods to get the indexes, including disaster-inducing index, disaster pregnent environment index and disaster affected body index, in software ArcGIS 10.0; then, calculates the weights of different indexes by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) software YAAHP; finally, uses the flood risk assessment model to assess the hazard, vulnerability and comprehensive risk of flood in city proper of Nanning City from 2005 to 2012. As the results of hazard and comprehensive risk assessment, it can be seen that high-risk areas in City proper of Nanning City are concentrated on both sides of Yujiang River and the confluence reaches of Yujiang River and inland rivers, it mainly conform to Nanning City proper flood control chart.
