摘要:
针对目前遇到上软下硬地层隧道施工期间安全风险研究中存在的问题,综合考虑上部软弱地层拱部开挖安全风险、下部较硬地层采用爆破施工安全风险,以及其相互影响、风险事件发生概率不一致等因素,采用PRA方法进行了上软下硬地层隧道施工安全风险评估。并以金台铁路五峰山隧道工程建设为依托,基于PRA理论对上软下硬隧道洞身开挖进行风险辨识、分析及评价。案例分析结果表明,PRA方法可实现对隧道施工过程中风险进行有效评估,研究可作为同类工程项目风险管理重要的参考依据。
Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the risk assessment of tunnel construction in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum, and considering the factors like the safety risk of the arch part of the upper soft stratum, the safety risk of the blasting construction in the lower hard stratum, and its mutual influence and the probability of the occurrence of the risk event, the PRA method is adopted to make the safety risk assessment. Taking the Wufengshan tunnel of the Jintai railway as an example, the PRA theory is used to identify, analyze and evaluate the risk assessment of tunnel construction in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum. The results of the case analysis show that the PRA method could effectively evaluate the risk of tunnel construction, and be used as an important reference for the similar projects.
