摘要:
从风险思想的起源与发展出发明确出工程风险的概念,并结合地铁工程本身论述地铁施工风险的本质与特点。在此基础上对地铁施工风险分析的研究现状进行了总结,所存在的主要问题包括:(1)风险分析概念界定的模糊性;(2)风险损失分析的研究不充分;(3)对风险演化过程的结合不紧密;(4)对已有技术成果的利用不充分。针对风险分析所存在问题提出了展望,地铁施工风险分析方法应该由经验分析为主转变为物理分析与经验分析相结合,包括:(1)明确风险分析的基本概念;(2)进行科学的风险损失等级评价;(3)结合风险演化的物理过程;(4)集成利用已有的技术成果。
Abstract:
The concept of engineering risk was defined based on the origin and development of risk idea, and the essence and characteristics of risk for subway construction were discussed combining with subway engineering. Based on these the disadvantages of actual risk analysis for subway construction were put forward:(1)The ambiguous definition about risk analysis concept; (2)Deficient study for risk loss; (3)Progress of risk evolution is not combined closely; (4)Existing techniques is not applied fully. Therefore the outlook had been put forward, the risk analysis method for subway construction should be changed from empirical analysis to combination of physical and empirical analysis, that:(1)Risk analysis concept should be defined explicitly; (2)Risk loss level should be estimated reasonably; (3)Physical progress of risk evolution should be combined; (4)Technical achievements should be applied integrated.
