摘要:
宽缺口混凝土梁是为研究CFRP筋与混凝土界面特性而构造的一种新型混凝土梁,为分析该新型梁加固后的变形与刚度特性,在完成了16根内嵌CFRP筋加固各类混凝土梁静载试验,并详细量测和研究其变形刚度的基础上,基于FRP类材料加固混凝土梁应变协调的准平面假定,根据传统的钢筋混凝土刚度研究理论,在充分考量CFRP筋的刚度贡献的前提下,对内嵌CFRP筋加固的宽缺口混凝土梁的刚度的计算公式进行了理论推导,并将理论公式的计算结果与实测结果进行了比对。研究结果表明:与对比梁相比,内嵌CFRP筋材加固的宽缺口混凝土梁和内嵌CFRP筋加固的普通混凝土梁的刚度有小幅度提高,内嵌的CFRP筋能有效延缓裂缝的发展,减小混凝土梁变形。
Abstract:
The wide gap concrete beam is a new type of concrete beam to study the characteristics of CFRP and concrete interface. A total of 16 embedded CFRP bars were completed to reinforce each type of concrete beam static load test in order to analyze the deformation and stiffness characteristics of the new beam and the deformation stiffness is measured and studied in detail. According to the traditional theory of reinforced concrete stiffness and on the premise of fully considering the stiffness contribution of CFRP bars, the theoretical derivation of the calculation formula of the stiffness of a wide gap concrete beam with embedded CFRP reinforcement is presented based on the quasi-plane assumption of strain coordination of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with FRP class materials and the calculation results of the theoretical formula are compared with the measured results. Compared to the comparison beam, the results show that the stiffness of common concrete beams reinforced with CFRP reinforced concrete beams and embedded CFRP bars has a small increase, and the embedded CFRP bars can effectively delay the development of cracks and reduce the deformation of concrete beams.
